Expecting... AGAIN!

So it's official.. we are expecting again! Baby # 3 is due around May 12th. Eli will be a little over two when he/she gets here and Isaac will be 11! Yikes.  I am going to put it down on here that I think this baby is another boy... Josh won't comment because he says he has no clue this time. He was 100% sure Eli would be a girl so he is choosing not to guess this time. I think it would be awesomely cool not to find out but I am sooooo impatient I know that would never work. We should find out close to Christmas the gender so I am trying to think of some nifty way to tell our family; but I know that if I see the ultrasound I will be sounding the alarm right away. I found out I was pregnant on August 30th...  When Eli bumped into me and I was sore and then Josh told me I was being ill... so later on that evening so I decided to take a test. Sure enough "pregnant" popped right up! We had decided that we would start 'trying' and if it happened that would be great and if it took a while then that would be just as fine... sure enough first try and boom! We will be in our new house before this baby arrives; however I will be HUGE when we move again. I was 8 months pregnant with Eli when we moved last time!

Unexpectedly Expecting

Josh and I just found out we are expecting in March! Ahhh.. Definitely unexpected!! But three tests later I am convinced. I had my 5 year plan laid out and another baby was not in next year's plan. I should know by now that things don't always go as planned. God is the Creator and His plans will be. Isaac is excited that he is going to be a big brother.. just a little shocked at first. He already has asked if I should be eating pizza. He is so protective of me, and has a huge heart so I know he will be a wonderful big brother. Josh is ecstatic.. he has been ready he says!

How we found out... I was 4 days late so I decided to take a test "Just to see". I took it and a light 'plus' sign appeared. I screamed across the house "JOSH, COME HERE!" He came running. I said, "What does THIS mean?" Then he preceded to read the instructions. I told him I peed on the middle of it so he said, "Let's do another". We did another one... this time by dipping the stick ... same results. By then it was 11:30 pm. We decided we needed to try a digital test to make sure, so we drove to Forest City to the Super Walmart and made it back home by 12:45 am! Sure enough the next one showed "PREGNANT". Stunned and shocked!
